1. Agreement
By browsing or ordering at trippygame.com you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns policy. The site is a business registered in Québec (NEQ 2277323228), based in Montréal, Québec.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud) and will refund anything already charged.
3. Products
Items are made to order or supplied by partners. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Sizes follow the size chart on each product page; please check it before ordering.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and shown before applicable taxes. Sales taxes (GST/QST/HST) and any shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Payment
We accept the methods shown at checkout (cards, PayPal, and others enabled by Wix Payments). Payment is taken when you place the order. Card data is handled by our payment providers.

7. Discounts, points, referrals
Promo codes and loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, may be limited to one per order, and may be cancelled in cases of misuse. Loyalty rule today: 1 point per CA$1 spent, 10 points = CA$1 discount (as shown on the Loyalty page; also 50 points for signing up, 10 for registering to an event).
Keep-it credit
Where our Shipping & Returns policy offers a "keep it" credit or partial refund instead of a return, the offer is a goodwill remedy for change-of-mind cases: one per customer every 90 days, store credit has no cash value and does not expire, and we may refuse repeated or abusive requests. It does not limit your rights for wrong, damaged or defective items.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for the accuracy of your information. Tell us immediately about unauthorised use.
9. Our designs and brand
All designs, text, images, logos and the name "Trippy Game" belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of our public social posts is welcome.
10. Using the site
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, interference with security, fraud, or unlawful content.
11. Product information and liability
We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you cannot waive under Québec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
12. Events
Event tickets and registrations follow the event page's terms. We may change or cancel an event; ticket refunds are described on each event page.
13. Third-party links
We are not responsible for other sites linked from ours.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction, subject to consumers' right to sue in their own district where the law gives it. 15. Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
